Please send your inquiry and request details through our VGen page. After discussing your ideas and requirements, we will provide you with a custom quote.
Once the official order is confirmed, we will create initial rough sketches of your character based on the hearing sessions. At this stage, we will confirm and adjust the overall design.
We will submit the illustration with base coloring for your review. This stage serves as a final adjustment period to ensure our creative directions are perfectly aligned.
We will perform finishing touches, such as shading and blending, to enhance the character's texture and quality. You will then be asked to review and approve the completed final illustration.
Our team performs the Live2D modeling to breathe life into your character. We proceed carefully with the rigging while meticulously checking every movement and facial expression.
We conduct a rigorous quality check on both the character illustration and the Live2D data before delivery. Once you review and accept the final deliverables, the project is successfully completed.

Yes. We support international clients in English throughout the commission process.
It typically takes about 3 to 5 weeks for a full model build. However, the schedule may vary depending on our current workload and how quickly we can communicate and confirm each stage.
While we do not set a strict limit to ensure we bring your vision to life, major design overhauls or changes that revert to previous stages after approval may incur additional fees. We appreciate your cooperation in finalizing adjustments during each specific check phase.
International commissions and payments are currently handled securely through VGen or Fiverr only.
Our models are fully optimized for VTube Studio. For delivery, we provide standard Live2D runtime files (.moc3, .model3.json, texture atlases, etc.). Please note that original working files (such as .cmo3 or layered .psd files) are not included in the standard package.
No, there are no additional fees. The price for each plan already includes the transfer of commercial usage rights, so you can use the model for streaming and monetization without any extra costs.
